• Meetings - Scheduled Exec, and General Meetings
• Constitution - KPI is incorporated, which means we have an official set of rules and procedures, which are described in this document
• Roles - responsibilities of each role on the Exec
• Guidelines - who does what, for production and publicity teams
• Claim Sheet - To report/ claim Income and Expenditures
• Notify the Executive about new productions (proposed -- this is not live yet)
